Happy~Happy~Happy

Once upon a time there was a

cute little girl named Tammy.

Who grew up to be a wonderful

young woman....

Who went on vacation to
Colorado....

And brought me this beautiful

tea cup. 

WooHoo I'm doing a happy dance!

AND...this gorgeous little doily

was included...it really matches

the tea cup and saucer.

I'm happy, happy, happy !

She didn't bring me this spoon though..

it's my baby spoon and I just

thought it looked pretty in the picture.

The platter looks peachy but it's really pink,

it's an old melmac platter that

belonged to my Mother.

Awwww....here's the vacation girl again,

who just happens to be my

daughter.

Hello Everyone...

I didn't have a lot of

'orange' in the craft closet,

but managed to come up

with enough for this card.

Kristin gave us a

bonus challenge

I confess,

this is not my favorite poem but

Just Plain Folk

Just plain folk,

that's what we are.

Nothing formal about Mr D and I..

Plain and simple and that's the way we like it!

Blue jeans and tennis shoes, that's me!

I have my work jeans,

my good jeans

and my dressy jeans.

And then there's

my work tennies,

my casual tennies,

and my dressy tennies.

I'm ready to go anywhere!

hmmm....maybe there's a nice dress or two in the back of the closet and I know Mr. D has a suit, somewhere.

We can get fancy if need be.

There just might be a little

redneck around here.
