Scarecrows or Pumpkins

Tammy (daughter) and I decided we would do a Tag Challenge between the two of us.

We have both become addicted to TAGS.

We set our theme to be either pumpkins or scarecrows, thus celebrating October.

hmmmm....then Tammy let it be known...

"Mom, I can't decided which one I want to do so I'm doing both!"

Now it has become pumpkins and scarecrows!

Awww, the challenge is on, let the games begin!

Talent Shows

X-Factor

I was so anxious for this new show to start.  There is something about the chemistry between Paula Abdul and Simon Cowell that is entertaining, well, to me it is anyway!

So, when the big night came I was settled in and ready...

Let the show begin.

As I watched all the hoopla at the beginning I thought,

this sure looks familiar.   This is just American Idol and

America's Got Talent wrapped in a different package.

As the show went on I became very bored/disappointed.

I'm sure they will weed out all the stupid acts and eventually find some awesome talent, hmmm, just like American Idol

and America's Got Talent.

Please know, I like AI and AGT, I watch them faithfully

each season.  I was just thinking Simon could come up

with something a little more original.

Just my thoughts.

A Tag for Me

One day last week the phone rang.....

"Hello"

"Hi Mom, what ya doin?"

"Nothin"

"Are you gonna to be home for a while"

"Yep"

"I'm going to the Post Office, I want to stop by"

"That's great, come on"

Just look what she brought me.
I think this is her first tag.
hmmm....maybe her second...

It is just gorgeous, just what I needed to
get me in the "fall" mood.
I found a very special place to hang it
where it can be easily seen.

I enjoyed this so much I decided to

make one for Tammy.

I am all for quick and easy,

1/2 cup milk

quick stir

fill the muffin cups

into the oven for 15 minutes

AND

You have 6 beautiful cupcakes.

Just enough for Mr D and I.

Coffee time today,

and tomorrow....

And maybe one for breakfast

in the morning...

hmmm....yummy.....
