Autumn Pink

Hello, time for some Autumn Pink..
and time to join Beverly @
for Pink Saturday!

This time of year is so full of the warm tones of fall,
but a little pink is always nice.

I've seen several talented, creative bloggers making
pink pumpkins.  I love it, I would never have thought of
that.  You see, I'm not creative, I'm a copy cat...
so, watch out, cause I bet I do some pink pumpkins
next year !

Bloggers are so talented !  All of you inspire me in one way or
another..crafting, sewing, decorating, cooking, gardening
...the list goes on and on!

It's a beautiful Pink Saturday in my part of the world.
So many things I would like to do today...
hmmm....but what will I choose?

One thing for sure, I will NOT be going to Hobby Lobby today.
I have spent far too much time in there lately...
hmmm....maybe a little "junkin" is in order for this
beautiful day.

Have a great Pink Saturday!

Amaryllis

I love amaryllis !

There are several varieties and each is beautiful.

Elegant whites...

Pretty pinks...

Gorgeous reds...

One for all personalities...

My MIL had a bed of red amaryllis outside her dining room window.
It was so nice to be there and enjoy the beautiful view.

This is the first round of another

Happy Thursday

Consider how the lilies grow.  They do not labor or spin.
Yet I tell you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was
dressed like one of these.

Reflections

Another beautiful morning,
just love sitting on the porch with my coffee.

It's a great morning for reflections,
looking back on life and enjoying great memories.

It's awesome how the bad times can fade into nothingness,
just the great times stay.
That's a blessing straight from God.

Sad times are good to remember too, because if we were sad about
something, that means we cared deeply about something or someone.
Caring is so important in life,  caring about
people, events, issues, that's a good thing....they are what life is made from..

hmmm, that sun sure feels good on this cool morning.
But, it's time to get up and get moving.
I'm having lunch with my youngest daughter,
time to make a memory to reflect on!

Hope you're having a wonderful week!

I'm joining Sue at
for
Rednesday!
Drop by for some marvelous REDS.

Until Next Time

Love Days Like This

Our first really cool day and Mr D wanted to go for a ride!
So we did!
Headed south and just enjoyed looking at old sights and new sights.

Beautiful day, not a cloud to be seen.

There's a great boardwalk in Kemah, but we didn't feel like
doing a lot of walking, so we just enjoyed our ride!

Seabrook, Kemah, Baycliff, San Leon and down to Eagle Pass.

Eagle Pass boat ramp, Mr D has put his boat in here many times!
Did I mention Mr D loves to go fishing?

Linking with Smiling Sally for Blue Monday,
come on over and see all the beautiful blues!

Would love for you to stop by Blessings Squared for today's
Adventure in Crafting..
I think you might like Picture In A Jar!!

Have a great Blue Monday.

Until Next Time
