Christmas Lights

~Lights~
One of my favorite Christmas things..

I didn't decorate as much as I have in the past.
I know there must be 4 or 5 boxes of
decorations still in storage.

But I did put up a lot of lights.
They make me feel all
Christmasy inside..I love to look
at them and remember all the
Christmas's past....It's always been my
favorite time of year.

Our family Christmas party will be
Friday night, another great evening
making another beautiful
Christmas Memory.

Today Mr D and I are celebrating our
49th anniversary..WoW...
are we really that old? ! !

Praying that your home is wrapped in the
Savior's love...
blessed with His peace...
and warmed by His abiding presence
all through the year.

In thy presence is fullness of joy;
at Thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.
Psalm 16:11

Until Next Time

On This Holy Night

Sharing from
Christmas~On This Holy Night

A young couple awaiting their firstborn.
Lowly shepherds watching their sheep.

The night must have seemed like thousands of
others before it, but this night was so much
more.

Before it was over, the sky would hold a host
of angels and a crude manger would hold the
Son of God.

Two thousand years later, the events of that
night still inspire us to rejoice in amazement.

God has come near....to love us,
to guide us, to redeem us, to share eternity
with us.

These are the truths of Christmas.

~ ♥ ~

I can hardly wait until our family Christmas party.
The food, the games, the laughter, the fellowship..
it is such a wonderful time....and Jesus....He
will be our special guest, I ask that He be
with us on that night and all other nights to come.

Until Next Time

Merry Christmas
