I love Valentine's Day, not so much because of the 'LOVE' factor, it's more because I love HEARTS.
Stayed busy yesterday making these.....
Today I have a strong desire to make more he♥rts, but I guess enough is enough! Time to move on to something else.
I learned a new word yesterday, schnibble, I love that word. I'm sure all the quilters out there are quite familiar with schnibble! For those of you like me, who have never heard of this word...schnibble basically means small pieces or scraps of paper or material. I'm thinking I might try making a schnibble quilt using a he♥rt pattern.
The round wooden tray is actually the top of an old lazy susan ~ it was a gift from my sister in law, many years ago, she is in heaven now and I miss her everyday.
Today I'm baking brownies for my daughter's ladies group at church. Because she works, she usually takes something store bought. She called last night and told me she would like to take something homemade for a change, thus, I'm making brownies. I told her I would have to charge her for this service, my price, two brownies, one for me and one for Mr. D !!

Hi Mary, I love the word Schnibbles too! I have made a couple of them and they are ever so fun! I love your sweet hearts!
