Satisfied

It's a fact of life,
we don't always get what we want.

We've been learning that lesson since we were toddlers.  Now that we're not a child anymore we must remember there's a difference between having everything we want and being satisfied.
God doesn't promise to fulfill our every craving, but if we live life in relationship with Him, we will be satisfied ~ fully satisfied.

The desires of the diligent are fully satisfied.
Proverbs 13:4

  1. I love the scripture about learning to be content in whatever state I'm in. That's a lesson I'm still learning! :-) Hope you have an awesome day, Ms Mary!"

  3. I think it is good that God doesn't always give us what we want, because sometimes what we want is not good for us. He always gives us what we need. :)
