Monday Morning Coffee Chat

Here we go again, another new week begins!

Got my coffee but don't have much to talk about this morning.

I went to breakfast with some dear friends a couple of Saturday's ago, and look what one of the ladies gave each of us!  It's a calendar book, and coloring book combined.  I think that is so 'neat.'

Alas, no coloring for me for a while yet.  My hand is still swollen and sore from my injury.  It's lots better, but sure not well either.  Just going to take some time.

I have some great new  dvds to watch, if I can ever find time.  I don't know what I do but I seem to always run out of time doing it.

I'm really excited about this.  Those red and white checks are my new kitchen curtains!  Time to take down the boring/drab beige and blue stripe and put up something bright and fun!

I went to see 'Risen' last week, it was a very good movie.  The story wasn't what I thought it would be, but it was good.  I'm glad I went.

Did I say in the beginning I didn't have much to talk about?  Just like me, once I start talking, I can't stop.

O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him.
Psalm 34:8

Until Next Time
Hope you have a wonderful week!

  1. Your red and white curtains will look so bright and pretty. I'm glad you commented on "Risen". Our church's youth group went to see it yesterday evening but I've not talked to anyone who had seen it yet. Hope you find time to watch your DVDs. What a great idea for a calendar and coloring book! Have a lovely day.

  6. Your Bible verse today is what the Pastor is teaching our little ones on Sunday night. He puts action into his verbs and it is so cute to listen to them doing the same. I know those red and white curtains will bring smiles from everyone.
