Wednesday's War Room

Prayer is a powerful thing. It is our direct line of communication to God. Through prayer we ask for help and guidance. We thank Him for our blessings. Through prayer we talk to God as we would any other friend. He wants and waits to hear from us because He loves us. He wants to teach us how to live in his image.

Heavenly Father
Please give us strength to pray even when we feel like surrendering.  Open our hearts to receive Your Word into our lives.  We ask for Your guidance in all things and we ask that Your will be done in us.  As we continue to pray we ask for Your blessings to flow upon us and through us so we might shine in your mercy and grace, that others might see and be urged to the cross, that they may know you as Lord and Savior.
It's in Your precious name that we pray and ask these things.
Amen

Praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints,
Ephesians 6:18

God is for you.  If you don't believe that, then you'll pray small timid prayers; if you do believe it, then you'll pray big audacious prayers.

  1. There's such power in prayer...I'm learning that more and more the older I get.

  2. I truly believe in the power of prayer and am so thankful for those that believe too. Prayer partners have helped me many times.
