  3. My prayer "closet" is my kitchen in the early mornings before work and before Joe is up. Cats fed. Paper not yet opened to violence and disasters. A great time to pray! Other times it's my car when I'm alone going somewhere. Your "closet" can be anywhere. A lovely post! Blessings!

  4. So thankful for many things too... a beautiful fall here, bountiful garden harvest, and yes, indeed, thankful for a prayer closet, aka my rocking chair, where I sit and meet with the Lord in the mornings, or whenever I need to throughout the day. Hugs to you today :)

  6. What a lovely post. It is always so nice to give thanks. I like the fact you have a porch. I don't see homes around here with porches though in the area where I grew up almost everyone had one.

  7. Wonderful blessings from the Lord. My prayer closet is my chair by the window and early mornings when I'm the only one up and time to visit with the Lord. My car is also my prayer closet. I find these two places my most private times with no interruptions. i would love to go out on the porch early mornings, but the bugs won't leave me alone.
