Hello!

!!Happy New Year!!

I had to take some time to recover from all the Christmas activities!  We had a wonderful Christmas weekend and I sincerely hope you did too.

I've been slow to get anything done....although I did manage to take down all the Christmas and put it away until next year.  Of course, the Christmas spirit is never packed away, I keep it in my heart everyday....don't you?

Today I'm enjoying coffee in my new mug, a gift from my daughter.  It came in a gift box of Godiva Chocolate goodies!.....oh so yummy.  I love hot chocolate as much as I love my morning coffee.

Side Note;
I just watched a lady win $100,000.00 on
The Price is Right.
WoW

I've also started a new book...and it's proving to be awesome.  A wonderful study...

Believing God
by
Beth Moore

I knew after a few pages I would want to journal this awesome book. So, I made a
Believing God Journal.

Excerpts:

The question raised in the wilderness wanderings was not whether the Israelites belonged to God or where they would spend eternity.  The place the chosen people of God would spend their earthly existence was the question.  They believed in God, their oversight was they didn't believe the God they believed in!!

We can be safely tucked in the family of God and have the full assurance of a heavenly inheritance without ever occupying the land of God's fulfilled promises on earth.

I try to never post anything political....but sometimes political and biblical can collide.

Please be praying for the Peace of Jerusalem

Psalm 122:6
Pray for the peace of Jerusalem:
“May they prosper who love you.

  1. Love your new header,Mary. I too like Beth Moore, I attended a seminar at church once on one of her books. I believe America will be making a terrible mistake if they don't continue to support Israel.
    Have a blessed New Year!

Love your mug! And your journal...sounds like a great way to start the new Year! We've all been busy...so don't apologize for not keeping up with everyone. It's all I can do to keep up with myself right now! LOL. But soon we will fall back into our routines and we can catch up with each other on a more regular basis. Have a blessed, safe, and Happy New Year! Love Ya!!

  8. Thank you for sharing your insights from the Bible study. I have done several of Beth Moore's studies and they are great. I agree with you about praying for Israel. I've been reading God's promises in Isaiah 65 for Jerusalem.

  9. This current administration has really set us back...well, I have an opinion on that---because he and his cronies are not Christian. I stand with Israel as well.

Love your gifts, Happy New Year friend. smiles
