Monday Morning Coffee

I was so excited Saturday when someone Arlene, knocked on my door!!!  She brought be a cookie tin full of her homemade pizzelle!!  She also gave me that beautiful coffee/soup mug made of Polish Pottery!  It's hand painted and so pretty.....I love it and I love her pizzelle too!!

Monday's Mana;
When Moses was at the Red Sea, God told him to move forward before he told him to stretch his rod and part the sea. This confirms that at times, God will give you a command before the provision is seen! If the Lord has spoken to you to move, then what are you waiting for? It's in your obedience that the way will open! As you walk, the obstacle starts to disappear! In the name of Jesus, MOVE! Be Blessed.

Christmas Trivia:
Silent Night was written in 1818, by an Austrian priest Joseph Mohr. He was told the day before Christmas that the church organ was broken and would not be prepared in time for Christmas Eve. He was saddened by this and could not think of Christmas without music, so he wanted to write a carol that could be sung by choir to guitar music. He sat down and wrote three stanzas. Later that night the people in the little Austrian Church sang "Stille Nacht" for the first time.

  4. We have visited the little church in Austria where Silent Night was first sung. It was magical, standing on a snowy night and listening to the beautiful words as the Choir sang them.
