I received this delightful little book for Christmas.
The messages are short and sweet . . .
. . . heartwarming, touching the soul.
Psalms 56:8 AMP You have taken account of my wanderings; Put my tears in Your bottle. Are they not recorded in Your book?
He remembers everything that we endure for His sake on this earth. And someday He will wipe away every tear from our eyes and there will be no more death, or mourning, or crying, or pain.
This is my very own personal tear bottle.
You can read about it HERE.
My Mr D is such a sweetheart.
All our years of being together he has always brought me little gifts, treasures or flowers.
Thank You Mr D

Those are such beautiful flowers. Your Mr. D did good!
ReplyDeleteThat would definitely be one of those scriptures that I've read, but never fully pictured, until now. Thank you for that!
ReplyDeleteAlso, your Tulips are beautiful! They are my favorites. And your devotional reminds me of one I picked up this year called "From Grits to Grace" and have really enjoyed it. It includes old hymns in the book and it's very enjoyable to read a story and then go over the hymn.
Thanks for visiting the blog this week :) I love your comments. They usually have me giggling :)
Such cheerful tulips.
ReplyDeleteYour Mr. D is definitely a keeper!! Loved this post, Mary!! Blessings!! xo
ReplyDeleteThat little book looks like a delight! I mean, who could resist that cover?! Love the tulips!
ReplyDeleteThat Mr. D is a romantic feller! Love it Miss Mary. Going to read your tears in a bottle now. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
ReplyDeleteThe flowers are so pretty.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure I'd like that book.
Such a pretty tear bottle and I really like that devotion book. Mr. D did very well getting those gorgeous tulips for you. A keeper hubby for sure. :-)
ReplyDeleteBlessings and hugs,
Betsy
Lovely tulips, and that devotional book is very sweet and special. I love the idea of the tear bottle. I never would have thought of having a real one...but I love the imagery of God saving our tears in a bottle. For some of us He would need a five gallon jug!
