So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
Isaiah 41:10
This scripture feels like God slipping His hand into yours and steadying your heart. When fear starts whispering, He answers louder: I am with you. When discouragement tries to settle in, He reminds you: I am your God. And in every heavy moment, He doesn’t just comfort — He strengthens, helps, and holds you with a grip that does not fail.
Thank You Lord.

Dear Mary, this brought tears to my eyes...tears of joy! Thank you so much for sharing, my dear friend.
ReplyDeleteOK I won't let go. I sure can't afford to so I talk to him all day long. I live alone so I know I sound silly talking to him outloud sometimes. Thanks Mary. Hugs and prayers for yo u.

ReplyDeleteThat verse is such an encouraging reminder.
ReplyDeleteThat image is so sweet! What a comfort, knowing He won't let go.
ReplyDeleteWe talk about this today at our marriage group. We talked about Peter walking on water and once he took his eyes- trust off Jesus, he sank. It was extra special since 3 of us were just on the Sea of Galilee a little over a week ago.
