Yummy!

Saw this recipe and it looked so yummy,  I just had to try it. I wasn't disappointed.  Mr. D and I ate too much.  Next time someone will have to come help us eat it all.  One thing about it, I won't have to cook tomorrow, there's plenty left over!

Sausage and Potato Skillet

4 russet potatoes cut into 1" cubes
14 oz smoked sausage - thinly sliced
1 small onion - chopped
1 small bell pepper - chopped
1 glove minced garlic
1 can chicken broth
1 1/2 t. paprika
1/4 t. salt and pepper
2T vegetable oil

In large skillet heat oil and add sausage.  Cook sausage turning often until brown around edges.  Remove from skillet and add potatoes.  Cook over med. high heat until potatoes start to brown and become tender.  Add onions, bell pepper and garlic.  Cook for 5 minutes.  Add chicken broth and cover.  Cook 5-6 minutes stirring occasionally.  Remove cover, add spices and sausage.

We sprinkled on some Tony's....oh so good!

A nice salad....

A tall glass of ice tea!

So good..

Until Next Time
