Sylvan Beach

Several times a week Mr D. and I enjoy going out for breakfast.  After breakfast we always ride around to some of our favorite places.  It's an old routine but it's our routine and we're comfortable with it.

Everytime we get in the car to leave this happens...

Mr. D.  "Where are we eating today?"

Me. "I don't care."

Mr. D.  "That's not what I asked you."

Me, "Well, you're driving."

Without fail...comfortable together, that's what we are.

One of our favorite places to go is Sylvan Beach.  The water was so quiet this morning, barely a rippleAnd the clouds were beautiful.

I enjoy the pelicans and seagulls and Dean shares memories about his fishing days.

The clouds were so pretty this morning.  I loved the way the sun was shining on them, brightly shining behind the darkness.  Reminded me of what God does in our life, He shines brightly on our darkness moments, lighting our way.

We keep binoculars in the car so we can enjoy looking over at Atkinson Island and Mr. D enjoys watching the dredge boats if there are any around.

It was a good morning ~ life is good.
Thank You Jesus

May God be gracious to us and bless us and make His face shine upon us.
Psalm 116:7

Until Next Time,
Thanking God for my many blessings.

I have added you to my blog roll, the one on my profile. I didn't even know we could do that! I clicked around and, well, it worked. I feel just like Bill Gates.
