Cream Cheese Crescent Bars

I made these during the holidays and they were sooooo good!

Cream Cheese Crescent Bars
Ingredients:
2 8oz pkgs cream cheese @ room temp.
2 8oz cans of crescent rolls
1 cup sugar
1 t. vanilla

Topping:
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup sugar
1 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Grease 9x13 pan and preheat oven to 350.  Spread 1 can of rolls on bottom of pan, pinching edges together.  Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and 1 t. vanilla until smooth.  Spread mixture on top of crescent dough.  Lay second can of crescent rolls on top, pinching edges together, being careful not to leave any gaps.

Pour melted butter over the top.  Mix together the 1 t. of cinnamon and 1/2 cup sugar.  Sprinkle over top and bake for 30 minutes.

Let cool before cutting into bars.

It is so good!

This recipe is too much for just Mr D and I.  Next time I will cut the recipe in half and use an eight inch square pan.

Until Next Time
Just remember, if you eat something and no one sees you eat it, it has no calories.
