There Was An Owl

We went to Pasadena the other day for Mr D to get some things he needed from Academy.  When we were leaving he ask me if there was any place I would like to go while we were in the area.

Well, does a frog sit on a lily pad?  Of course ~ there's several stores I would like to visit.  Let me see..eeny, meeny, miney, mo, which one of my favorites shall I go?

I decided on Marshall's, they carry a lot of overstocked inventory from some of the 'finer' stores.  It was eye candy for sure.  As I walked up and down each aisle looking and touching, my eyes saw what I knew I had to have.

A new coffee mug!
He's so cute!

There was an owl

who lived in an oak.

The more he heard,

the less he spoke;

the less he spoke,

the more he heard-

Why can't we be

like that wise old bird?

I hope you're smiling.

Thanks for visiting today.

Until Next Time

A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.
