Dear God

They say children and God know each other well. Sometimes the concept of an all mighty Creator might be a bit hard for children to grasp. With that said, children and God are a good combination ~ their conversations are something we adults could learn from ~ children have complete trust in God, and their innocence is filled with humor.
Dear God, I didn’t think orange went with purple until I saw the sunset you made on Tuesday. That was cool!

Dear God, Is it true my father won’t get in Heaven if he uses his bowling words in the house? Anita

Dear God, Instead of letting people die and having to make new ones, why don’t You just keep the ones You have now?

Dear God, I went to this wedding and they kissed right in church. Is that okay?

Dear God, If we come back as something - please don’t let me be Jennifer Horton because I hate her.

Dear God, You don’t have to worry about me. I always look both ways.

Dear God, I do not think anybody could be a better GOD. Well, I just want You to know, but I am not just saying that because You are GOD already.

When your children are young you talk to them about Jesus,
when they are old you talk to Jesus about them.
Until Next Time

  1. Children are so innocent and sweet and are so curious and full of questions. Beautiful post, Mary, thank you so much for this!

  2. Those pictures of Jesus holding the hands of the little ones....such a comfort to my heart of Him holding onto our precious grands. I love to hear their sweet prayers. Thank you, my Friend, for the reminder that we're ALL His WOW!!!

    1. I'm still learning this new phone....and I'm so sorry it posts the same thing so many times. I think I've figured out "my problem"!!! ;-)

  5. So precious, I love all the pictures and the sayings.

  6. I can always count on your post to make me smile!! Precious is the right word, Sylvia (above)! Thank you Mary for being such a bright ray of sunshine in my day!
