Small Talk Ramblin'

It's just a dreary, rainy, stormy day in the neighborhood.  Guess I'll settle down with a good bible study, a hot cuppa coffee and let the day go by.
Just look at all that drearyness out there!
Or I might work my new Christmas jigsaw puzzle!  Hobby Lobby had them on sale, 50% off, I couldn't resist.

I love to work puzzles!

Looking out my front door kinda looks like a puzzle too!

Tomorrow is GLOW day and we're studying Daniel. It's a great study but you have to really pay attention or you will surely miss something!

Sharing with you from last weeks study.  Something that certainly applies to our world today:

The Bible tells us that all human government, unless it is touched by the spiritual renewal of the Spirit of God, and unless it's leaders are Born Again by the power of God, will ultimately fail.

It is clear that God is working throughout history, sovereignly, to bring to pass His will and His purpose on Earth.

It is not question of what is going to happen in the future, but Who is going to come.

And one more thing I'd like to share with you today from the 'private blog' for GLOW. Last night I did a little studying and research in Ezekiel, another very deep subjct. Just click HERE !
and read a little bit about the Gog-Magog War.

After watching the news and seeing all that's going on in the Middle East....well, we just need to be aware and we need to be ready.

God knows the time, I certainly do not....

Until Next Time
((hugs)) & blessings
Time for a fresh cup of coffee!!

hmm...puzzle - study - puzzle - study - puzzle - study - BOTH !!

  1. I haven't worked a puzzle in such a long time....well, other than small ones with the kiddos! It's not rainy here in Tennessee, but we're expecting it....are you sending it our way?!?!? ;-) Happy Tuesday, sweet Lady.

  2. All good things to do on a dreary rainy day. The Nativity puzzle is lovely and your Bible study is very interesting. Going to check out the Gog-Magog War. Hugs!

  3. {{{Big, Big Smiles}}}---thank you for the Bible Study...we were discussing a similar subject...oh...and Mary---I loveeeeeeeeee the changes you made on your blog. Blessings sweet friend.

    1. Thank you Linda, I got my inspiration from YOU !!!

  4. I have a daughter who has been a 'puzzle' fan all of her life. She even did some special ones, and had them framed, and now married with 2 girls, has hanging on her wall at her home. I love Bible study too, and always look forward to the next one. Will definitely go and read about Gog-Magog. Thanks for sharing.

  5. Very interesting. I hope it's all wrong though and that peace will come of all this instead. Heaven can wait, am I right? I know...lots of people are saying these things, but it is all just so horrific. Why...why does it have to be this way? Why not just make everything perfect in one brilliant flash of light?

  6. The King is coming surely! It is obvious. Praying souls are ready! Well...me and puzzles has never been friends unless it's one of those HUGE 10 piece ones I buy for the grands! LOL! Hugs and blessings Miss Mary. Cindy
