I Know, I Know !!!

Yes, I'm on a blogging break, but had to pop in and share some pictures of TS Cindy approaching the area.

The storm went in east of us which put us on the dry side.  We did get quite a bit of rain but nothing 'stormy', other than these awesome clouds.   I know my blogger friends in Georgia and Florida got hit hard, I hope no one had any major flooding.

Mr D and I love going the boat ramp at Sylvan Beach and watching storms move in.

We couldn't wait to get an ice cream cone and go watch the clouds.

We were eating breakfast when the yard men came to mow.  Hey guys, it's wet out there, you better not leave any ruts in my yard!

It didn't rain hard enough to take the blooms from my crepe myrtle.
😊

Sweet MIL is not doing well, we've gone from one issue to another.
Please say a prayer for her. 😢

  4. So glad you were on the dry/safe side of the storm. I wondered about that and prayed for you. So glad you took a break from your blogging break to pop in and visit with us. We always enjoy your smiling face. I will be praying for your MIL. I am sorry she is having a difficult time. May the Lord comfort and strengthen her...and relieve her pain and discomfort. Now, get back to your blogging break! Have a blessed day.

  10. Storms and storm clouds are exciting to watch especially when there's no danger involved. I remember my mother loudly singing hymns while thunder raged over the house. Funny that we feared thunder more than the lightning.

  12. Great pictures Miss Mary. So glad you didn't hit by "Cindy". I hear those gals with that name can be quite mean if they need to be! LOL! Seriously, we prayed for those in danger with that storm. Praying for your MIL Miss Mary. I know this is trying times on a family. Hugs and blessings, Cindy

  13. Saying a prayer for your MIL. These storm photos are pretty. We like eating a cone at the local park. No flooding in our area, just heavy rain/wind but no damage, thankfully. God bless you.
