Looking out my window
and I see my porch calling for me to come out with my coffee and enjoy the day.
I was standing at my back door when I took this picture!
I am thinking
of all the activities already on my calendar for the holiday season.
I am thankful
for Mr D...he puts the drops in my eyes because I'm a wimpy old lady who can't do it without blinking and closing my eyes and making the drops go everywhere but into my eyes.

I watched
First Assembly of God facebook broadcast this morning.
I am hoping
our country will turn back to God.
I am learning
to say 'no' and not feel guilty about it.
In my kitchen
is a big window by my kitchen table. If I'm not on the porch with my coffee, I'm sitting here with my coffee and watching the world go by.
In the school room
please don't stop teaching cursive and bring back the Lord's prayer every morning.
In my garden
the flowers are going away and so are some of the leaves. Not to worry, they'll be back next spring.

Enjoyed your post today. I'm glad your husband puts your eye drops in for you. It takes focus to get it in the eye and those little bottles are quite hard to squeeze. I really love the light in your mornings and the lovely place where you can sit outside and have your coffee.

ReplyDeleteThe dog funny made me laugh out loud! John and I love to ride around several times a week. We sometimes end up at DQ for an ice cream! Today our sky was so blue and it warmed up to 60. I enjoyed sitting on the porch late this aft.
