Friday's sure come quick and here I am without any new pictures to share. So, into the picture box I go looking, looking, looking....
Aha! I found a few I don't think I've shared in the past.
My son, Russell took this picture. He's an early bird and was at Sylvan Beach just in time for sunrise.
I love this lady bug that's in one of our local parks. Makes me want to be a kid again....well....not really!
We were at a convenience store when a guy on his tractor pulled in and parked, climbed down and went in the store. Now if you live in farm country this is probably not an unusual occurrence, but when you live in the outskirts of the city it's something you don't see often!!

ReplyDeleteI enjoyed your photos very much. I love sunrise and sunset photos. Coffee is tasting so good in the cooler weather. We have a new Dunkin Donuts and we have been known to ride thru and get a cup of coffee to go!

Most people call our son Russ too, the family calls him Rusty!
DeleteOh my goodness! I have a tree just like yours in the coffee cup photo!! It is gracing the vanity in our guest bathroom at our house! I love it! The tractor in the parking lot is sure not something you see everyday!! And your son caught a lovely sunset, as did you! That looks like a fun playground! Lucky little ones!

I loved the picture of the tractor driving up to the store, certainly not uncommon in our area, but I'm sure very strange for you to see! ReplyDeleteOh, I love this post, my Friend. The tractor pulling up beside you at the store probably wouldn't be a big thing here in Strawberry Plains...LOL!!! I love the ladybug, too..and so would our youngest grand-kiddos! I love your sweet home, Ms. Mary....you have such beautiful displays for each season! HOPE you and Mr. D are having a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteI love the sunrise and the tractor at the store! When we lived in Ohio in Amish country we often saw horse and buggies parked at the stores. That was always fun...just watch where you walk! Love your Christmas coffee mug. Isn't it fun to bring out the Christmas things and enjoy them all month? I am doing a little at a time...kind of like an Advent calendar...open (bring out) something "new" every day... Have a blessed Christmas season. Yes, I'd love to play on the ladybug too.
