Pinterest Potpourri

Things are beginning to slow down now that the holidays are behind us. . . time to refresh and regroup. . . and find some thing to keep me busy.  No better place than Pinterest to find the perfect projects.

I haven't entered anything in my journals for a couple of months.  Wish I was artistic enough to journal like what's in the picture, I'm going to get back in my journals and see what I can do!

I also love to cross stitch.  Bookmarks would be easy and make great gifts.  I might make up several and put away until a gift is needed.

Sewing, I used to sew all the time but not so much anymore.  My machine has been calling my name lately, maybe it's time so sew something.  I love the set in this picture, it has a Christmas look to it but it could be made in any theme with the right material.   Another good thing to have on hand for a gift.

I've not worked with felt in the past.  I see a lot of felt crafts on Pinterest and they are so cute.  Maybe I'll give it try.

Valentine's Day will be here before we know it.
Better get started now!

  1. I love Pinterest! If I completed everything I've pinned, I'd have to live to be at least 1,000! 😁 All your ideas are so neat. Hope you're staying warm and safe in this cold spell! Have a great weekend!

  2. Hi Mary, what a nice assembly of ideas, I love that journal page, too :) I've not done much with felt either, but those little birds are adorable. Tomorrow I'll be celebrating my 6 years of blogging with a give-a-way, please come over and put your name in the hat :)
    Keep Smiling.

P.S. My journals don't look like that either!
