My husband sunk a black plastic tub, in a cute shape, in the ground, just off our back patio. In it he placed a bird bath, which he converted into a fountain. And the 'pond' is filled with water. We can turn it on, by a switch in the garage, and it does-its-fountain-thing. Giving the sound of dripping water. And making a delightful sight. Plus the birds like to have a drink. Sometimes, even a bath!
I'm sure you enjoy this lovely spot, in your back yard.
