Here we go!
Another Monday
Another New Week
And, Life Goes On
It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood, sunny skies and mild temps, perfect weather for porch sitting. We've been enjoying the porch for several days; we love it out there.
It was so pretty we decided to go for ride and enjoy the nice weather. Made our rounds, the places we normally check on when we're out and about. We're not nosy, just interested. :)
We stopped at Denney's for a very late breakfast.
Eggs sunny side up, grits, bacon, toast and coffee. Yummy!
Mr D had steak and eggs, it sure looked good but I don't care for steak with breakfast.
In their little lobby they have one of these "let me take your money" machines. I've never played but I like to look at the cute stuffed animals, they sure made a colorful picture.
Pretty flowers from Mr D♥
My latest diamond art!
When I saw this pattern I knew I had to have it! It sure does represent my hometown well, pelicans are always at Sylvan Beach, especially at the boat ramp.
Not the best picture😕- a real pelican at the boat ramp taken a few years ago.
I've been on a learning journey through the Book of Acts with J. Vernon McGee.
He was a great teacher of God's Word and I'm learning a lot of new thoughts on Acts.
This is the last paragraph concerning Acts, Chapter One.
Matthew concludes with the Resurrection, Mark with the Ascension, Luke with the promise of the Holy Spirit, and John with the promise of the Second Coming. Acts 1 brings all four records together and mentions each of them. The four Gospels funnel into Acts, and Acts is the bridge between the Gospels and the Epistles.
That's all folks!
Blessings To All
Until Next Time
How ;ove;y to have sunny days gto sit out. It's cold here, there is a nasty East wind.
ReplyDeleteIt's always windy here on the bay. Hope nicer days come your way soon.
DeleteYour breakfast photo is making my mouth water! I've not seen a real pelican in years, but they always make me smile all over. Wishing you and Mr. D a blessed and happy new week!
ReplyDelete☺♥
DeleteWell, Mary, I'm upset that you are having porch sitting weather and I'm not! LoL. It won't be long though. We will have this cool weather for a bit longer and then it will be just as hot here as it is in Texas.
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed week.

DeleteI grew up in a house with a big porch and porch swing. I miss it! It is great that you and your Mr. D are enjoying your porch! Your diamond art looks beautiful!! We have pelicans here in central Florida and wood storks too. They are fun to see, for sure!! Have a blessed week!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting Terri, hope you have a blessed week too♥
DeleteI'm so glad that you are enjoying porch-sitting weather. Hopefully soon we will be too💗 We've been lucky enough to see pelicans on several occasions while travelling. None right here though. They sure look neat.
ReplyDeleteWe enjoy watching them when we're at Sylvan Beach.
