It's officially Blue Monday . . . a Monday set aside on the 3rd Monday of January, it's to recognize bills coming due from Christmas shopping and realizing resolutions aren't getting done.
Enough of that, for me, it's Blue Monday simply because

I love this pattern, I love blue, I love hearts and I love little houses. AND I have serveral friends who love their cat babies. What's that old saying,? The days are long but the years are short, that's an apt thing to say because it sure doesn't seem like it's been 9 years since I stitched this piece.

Emma made the A/B honor roll and was made a Lion Citizen. Emma is Merica's big sister and our second born great grand. She is so easy to love.
Notice her BLUE jeans, she fits right in for Blue Monday :)
