Annie's Fruit Salsa & Cinnnamon Chips

This recipe was on Facebook this afternoon, it looks so scruptous, I'm going to have to make some for me and Mr D.

Annie's Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

2 Golden Delicious apples - peeled, cored and diced

8 ounces raspberries

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix kiwis, Golden Delicious apples, raspberries, strawberries, white sugar, brown sugar and fruit preserves. Cover and chill in the refrigerator at least 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Coat one side of each flour tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. Spray again with cooking spray.  Bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes. Repeat with any remaining tortilla wedges. Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes. Serve with chilled fruit mixture.

Got to be Yummy!

I also came across this on Facebook and thought I would share it with you!   God is so good!  I just thank Him everyday of my life for all He provides for His children.

Week-end is here again.  I remember getting off work on Friday's and feeling like a free bird.  Since I've retired, for many years now, I'm a free bird everyday!  Nice!

Until Next Time
May God Bless You Abundantly,
