It's a cold morning and I'm setting amidst the poinsettias having my morning coffee. Reflecting on this wonderful time of year. So many precious memories and more to be made as the days go by.
As I sip my coffee, feeling the warmth going down, I'm celebrating in my heart, a time long ago when the Christ Child came to earth and grew into the perfect Son of God. A Man without sin who took my sin, 2000 years before I was born. Not only does it make me very humble, it also fills me with thankfulness, for I know I am very blessed to know the One who went to the cross for me.
Every year we see the phrase, "tis the season." I can't tell you how many times I say that or use it in post and comments. Well, the truth is....everyday, all year long....
'tis the season' to worship God.
'tis the season' to worship God.
So remember while December brings the only Christmas Day,
During the year let there be Christmas in the things we do and say.
Wouldn't life be worth the living, wouldn't dreams be coming true,
If we kept the Christmas Spirit all the year through.

Always remember....
God.....has only one answer
to every human need...
His Son, Jesus Christ
Beautiful, Ms. Mary. 'Tis the season...to celebrate....I'm celebrating friends, and I'm so glad you're mine. Happy Monday.
ReplyDeleteAmen, Mary. Everyday should be Christmas in our hearts for that's where true worship comes from...
ReplyDeleteHugs!
"...and more to be made as the days go by."
ReplyDeleteNow that's uplifting!
I too am so thankful to have Him as my Lord and Savior, and not just during the holiday time, but all year long. Your poinsettias are so beautiful especially with that cup and saucer. Have a great day my friend.
ReplyDeleteWell said!! He is all we need. I love your background and (always) your post today!
