Is it really Monday again?
I didn't go to GLOW last week and really missed the laughter and sistership we share. It will be nice to see all the ladies this week.
My sweet mother-in-love celebrated her 99th birthday this past Friday. We had a nice party for her, lot's of family and friends.
I think she enjoyed being the center of attention.

He startled her at first but she joined right in, singing Happy Birthday to herself, to the delight of all us!!
My two oldest daughter's and their hubbies are on a week long cruise. I know they must be having so much fun. Youngest daughter and myself are taking care of dogs and plants while they're gone. I love my granddogs, Zeke, LuLu and Missy.
I never talk about politics on my blog, and I'm really not going to now, except to say...I'm really tired of the whole mess! I think our political realm and the news media is disgusting and shameful.
God have mercy on us.
I'm so excited! I'm going on a road trip with my girls! In November we're driving up to Dallas for the Propel Women's Conference. The conference is on a Saturday, on Sunday we're going to attend services at Gateway Church before leaving to come home. I love road trips with the girls!

HOPE your kids have a wonderful time on their cruise. And, as far as the election. I can't even watch either candidate any longer. The office of the President of the United States used to hold such honor and respect. Where in the world did we go wrong? SIN...that's exactly what's happened. God's people need to pray, pray, pray. Jesus, come soon!!!
