Monday Morning Coffee Talk

Oh Dear, I think I have the Winter Blues!!
I'm ready to get up, get out and do something.

Been 'under the weather' long enough.  PTL, I'm much better and ready to roll, somewhere, anywhere.

I have drank a lot of coffee and I've done a lot of journaling.  Days sure drag when you're not feeling up to par.  {{sigh}}

I have great news!!!
Mr D and I are expecting our 7th great grandbaby!  Can't say too much yet...but stay tuned!!

We had some real winter temps over the weekend, temps in the 20's at night and 30's during the day.  That is really cold for us....but summer will be back by Wednesday with a high of 78-80*.  Isn't that crazy? 

I love this statement from Beth Moore's Believing God...
 Nothing on earth compares to the strength God is willing to interject into lives caught in the act of believing.
hmmm.....I think I'll ask Mr D to take us for a ride.

    Oh so happy for you to have the joy of a new great-grandbaby on the way! That should pull you up and out of the "winter blues". It makes ME smile, and it's not even MY grandbaby! LOL. I do hope you are feeling better now, and that you and Mr. D. had a nice ride. Sometimes that is all it takes to give us a new, fresher outlook for the day. Blessings to you and yours today. Stay warm...we are going through the same thing here in Florida...spring will be back tomorrow!

    Good Evening, Mary. Congratulations on the baby news! How exciting. I hope you continue to feel better. Sometimes it is nice just to take a drive to get out of the house.
    Thank you for your prayers and kindness re the surgery. Re the tea cozy, I did not make it. I bought it and a Halloween fabric one on etsy several years ago. I hope you rest well tonight.
