Here it is March and what little bit of winter we had is moving out and spring is moving in.
I must say, I'm ready. Ready for porch-sitting days and pretty flowers all around.
Time to leave the remnants of last year behind and welcome the refreshing new growth of another spring.
I'm ready for some porch-sitting with.....
....this pretty view!
This was on facebook...isn't it cute! I love these little gardens. I wanted to make one last year and never did...hopefully I'll get one done this year.

We enjoy porch sitting days too but I dread the bugs....they love me! I would like to make one of the 'fairy' gardens....anything I can care for on the porch is so much easier for me. Have a nice Friday and weekend to come.
ReplyDeleteSitting on a porch with the views you have would be very relaxing. The fairy garden in beautiful. Would be fun to create something like that.
ReplyDeleteWe have had days, during this so called winter, to porch sit. Love it when we can. I am ready for it to stay warm everyday, never have been a winter person!
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed day and weekend,Mary!
Hugs, Sylvia
Lovely things to look at for porch sitting. I saw that fairy garden planter too. So cute. I often thought how cute a Hobbit village garden would be as well. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday. So many of us blog friends love our porches. Just this week, it seems that all the trees and flowers have opened up and it is so refreshing! Like many of you, I would love to make a fairy garden. I see so many cute miniatures to add! I wish you and your husband a very nice day.

I always enjoy visiting you, Mary. It will be wonderful to get outside and sit on the deck and enjoy more of God's creation.
ReplyDeleteI saw all the fairy garden decorations your daughter told you about at Big Lots today. They had a great selection. I'm ready to sit in our porch swing, too! Wish we could do that together! Thanks for sharing today, my Friend. Hope you have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteYour porch is lovely and inviting. Would love to sit and share the view. I've also been wanting to make a fairy garden. Maybe this year!
ReplyDeletePorch sitting days are here for me...if I wait too long I will miss them and it will be too hot. You probably have the same problem where you live. So we enjoy them while we can! And yes! Jesus IS just as close as the mention of His name!! SO thankful!!!!
ReplyDeleteI long for warm days when we can sit in the garden again...but not for awhile, I'm afraid.
ReplyDeleteWhat cute ideas! Spring is the perfect time to make garden changes.
ReplyDeleteLove your swing! Every year I say I'm going to get one, but haven't yet. And then summer gets here and it's too hot to sit outside for very long. {sigh}
