Friday Fotos

I love to go here, they have the best baked potatoes!

Kings Barbecue

We had lunch there yesterday, it looks empty but there were a few diners sitting behind us.  We like to go after the lunch crowd is over, it's much quieter and we almost have the place to ourselves.

YUMMY!!

Do you like honey?  Mr D loves it!

WoW.....4.5 million flowers!!  I have a new appreciation for a jar of honey!!

Until Next Time

  1. I love to eat honey on my toast and also to sweeten my tea. Now that I've read how hard a bee has to work to provide me with honey I'll appreciate it even more.

  3. I like honey too but don't eat it often. I have a jar in the pantry from the farm (Joe's client). They have a few hives and gifted us with some honey but I am still using another jar and want to finish it before opening the new one. At least honey never spoils. Isn't that amazing! That baked potato looks delicious! Happy weekend!

  4. We went to a bbq place last night with our kids for supper. I had fish! LOL. But they have good ribs...just messy to eat. I have a huge jar of honey that was given to us for Christmas as a gift...I really don't use it that much, but this makes me appreciate it so much more. I do occasionally use it to sweeten my hot tea, and also I put it in my bread mixture when I bake bread (honey wheat). That's been a while...I "Knead" to do that again!! LOL. Have a blessed weekend!!!

  7. Ooh, a baked potato sounds really good right about now Miss Mary. I am still struggling to get my appetite back but taters might do the trick. My husbands love honey and eats it almost on every biscuit I bake. I try to keep a jar of honey in the house. Hugs and blessings, Cindy

  8. Oh my, that BBQ and baked potato looked sooo good! I would enjoy going as well after the lunch crowd! And my goodness, quite an astounding amount of work those honey bees do, I too love honey, and will wonder how many bees it took to make the tsp of honey I enjoy in my tea :) Blessings to you sweet Mary!

  10. Baked Potato and Honey are two of my favorite things plus the fact that honey is good for you. In always add it to my breakfast oatmeal and on waffles and pancakes.

  11. I love baked potatoes! Butter and sour cream makes them the best! I love honey too but it raises my blood sugar so I use it very sparingly.
