I can't wear my wedding rings because they've shrunk 😁 and I can't get them on. But I do wear a diamond ring that Mr D gave me some years ago.

My ears are double pierced. I was in my thirties when a dear friend took me to get them pierced for my birthday.
5. Are diamonds a girl’s best friend?
As much as I love diamonds, they are not my best friend.

It would have to be my diamond tennis bracelet. Other than my wedding rings it's my favorite piece of jewelry.

I am not much of a jewelry person as I am so afraid of losing something that is expensive.lol My favorite piece of jewelry is my engagement ring. It is still lovely after all these years.

ReplyDeleteWhen I had my surgery for breast cancer 14 years ago, they had to cut my rings off...anyways--my husband had the jeweler extend them. Of course, now, the weight is gone and the swollenness is gone and the rings are now big. But you know I rather have them big (I wear my wedding band, engagement ring and anniversary band on that finger). I don't want him to redo the bands as they have thinned through the years (the bands/rings).

I wear my engagement ring with wedding band.

LOL! My ears are tripled pierced. First piercing was when I was around 9 years old. Old fashion way...ice and needle. 2nd and third came in 30's.

Well I love diamonds too but like you, not my best friend.

Most of the time. Well not to bed. Some days when lounging around at home I don't either. But always when I leave the house it's on.

I will take a little of each please mam.

All the time. I take out my bottom earrings when going to bed. I leave the top two studs in. They come out only to clean.

Well, I have several pieces. But in all honesty...I am a HUGE fan of costume jewelry.
