Sunday Stealing

I fly in and out of my blog like a leaf flying in the wind.

Time, you can't catch it and you can't stop it.

Today I'm taking time for . . .

Sunday Stealing from Bev Sykes!

Our host is Bev Sykes of the blog Funny The World.  Welcome to Sunday Stealing. Here we will steal all types of questions from every corner of the blogosphere. Our promise to you is that we will work hard to find the most interesting and intelligentquestions. Cheers to all of us thieves!

You can join us here.

-If you could witness any event from history, what would it be?

It would have been great to have been there when my family, The Killough's of Ireland, arrived in Boston, August 4, 1718.  They left Coleraine aboard the 'William' in early 1718.

-What do you think about conspiracy theories?

I don't like them, why can't people be open and honest?  {sigh}

-Do you like cartoons?

I do although I don't watch any these days.  They do remind me of my childhood, most of all they remind me of my children being little.

-What did you most dislike in school times?

I was a very good math student until the dreaded Algebra come along.

-What do you think the end of the world will look like?

I don't think the world will end, the world as we know it will.  It will be a terrible thing, we all can escape those times if we believe and accept Christ as our Savior.

-What sounds are in your opinion relaxing?

Music, softly playing in the background of my life.

-Which would you take: The well-worn path or the road less traveled?

I don't like the well-worn path I'm seeing in today's world.  I will certainly take the road less traveled.

-What was the last thing you read?  Books or blogs?

The Killough Family - Descendants of Isaac Killough Sr.

-What is one thing that has stumped you so hard you won't ever forget it?

I can't think of anything, I guess I'm 'stumped.'

-What are you interested in that most people aren’t?

Bible prophecy is something I can't get enough of, I watch/read everything that comes my way on the subject.  There are so many good theologians that are great teachers on the subject.  There are too many to list, but a few I like are Jonathan Kahn, Jimmy Evans, and David Jeremiah.

-What’s something you really resent paying for?

It's hard for me to believe in this great country of ours that something hasn't been done about the cost of prescription medicines.  It's such a burden for many of us who are now retired and living on a fixed income.

-What did you think was cool when you were young but isn’t cool now?

From my teenage years . . . the guys drag racing from every red light in town.

-If you could choose a different time period and place to be born, when and where would it be?

I've always love England and English History, I would enjoy living there for a while.  But God chose

me to be who I am and live where I am, and I'm happy with that.

-Do you think cats have any regrets?

No, No and No!

What question did you hate answering?

Well, I had to give them all some deep thought. 😀

It's good to be back once again.

Until Next Time

  1. It's a treat to see a post from you today. Thanks for taking the time to answer the questions. I have a question too. Why in the world does Blogger not recognize me any more? I don't like being 'anonymous'. Granny Marigold
