When you have faith in one person, it changes a life.
When you have faith in yourself, it changes you.
When you have faith in God, it changes the world.
This scripture has always left me in awe!
Can you just imagine this?
A mustard seed is very, very small.
We just think we have a lot of faith don't we?
Tiny little seed...and yet that much faith can move mountains!
When I was a teen-ager (long ago and far away) wearing mustard seed pendants was very popular.
I haven't thought of them in years, I love them and now I think I might just go shopping and see if they even make them anymore. It's been so long since I've seen one.

Oh, I love that tag on the wee bottle. Last time he had an MRI, one of the techs gave Tom a mustard seed in a tiny bottle. Yes, I remember those pendants. Have you checked on Etsy? I love that one can find just about anything on there.

ReplyDeleteFaith as small as a mustard seed. My Mom had a pendant necklace. It was a tiny little bottle full of mustard seeds. I don't know what ever happened to it after she died. My step-mother threw out almost everything before we kids got to look at anything. That necklace was so special to her. It was given to her on the 10 anniversary of when she began singing with the Symphony Chorus in Handel's Messiah. It was the second year I sang with her, different parts though.

Way back when I was little an aunt sent me a birthday card and the card had a mustard seed in a plastic "bubble" on the front. I wish I'd kept it. GM
