Thursday's Thought and Tidbits

Our thoughts are like seeds planted in the fertile soil of our minds. They have the power to shape our reality, influence our actions, and determine our destiny. Whether positive or negative, our thoughts create ripples that extend far beyond our conscious awareness.

Today’s Tidbits

Reading...I’ve been busy with other things, haven’t read much this past week.

Listening... to the sounds of my family.  Mr D in his man cave playing his guitar, Rusty in the garage piddling.  I hear thud every once in a while, Lord only knows what he’s up to.

Watching... the birds out on the feeder. They’re all little sparrows and they fight for a place. Just like most animals, don’t mess with their food.

Loving... that I decided to put up my fall decorations.  I didn’t do a thing in October, when November came the mood finally hit me. It's nice.

Thinking... about my walk with the Lord and how much I want my life to bring Him glory. I feel His blessings everyday.

Feeling... I’m feeling lots better this week, I think the holiday spirit is making me happy. I talked with Tammy yesterday and we’re both ready to put up Christmas but know we will wait until after Thanksgiving.

Christmas 2022

Celebrating . . . MAGA, I don't think I need to elaborate.

Thankful. . .  for so many things. One thing for sure, I’m thankful for our little Bungalow by the Bay. We are so cozy, like 2 bugs in a rug.

Until Next Time

  2. Aw Mary, thank you for sharing the soundtrack to your "right now" days. If we but still the thoughts in our heads, right? Your comment about Rusty in the garage made me grin -- boys and their toys!
    Right there with you "Celebrating"!

  3. It must be difficult waiting until your Thanksgiving is over before going into Christmas mode. You're decorating for Autumn and I'm starting to take it all down. Amazing how quickly November is passing; here we are half done. GM
