Here's something I read somewhere along the way, I liked it, I saved it, and now I'm sharing it with you!

Does Satan Hear Our Prayers

No—Satan cannot hear your prayers in the way God does. Only God is all‑knowing, all‑present, and able to hear the silent cries of the heart. Satan is a created being, limited in knowledge, presence, and power.

1. Only God is omniscient.

The Bible teaches that God alone knows our thoughts and hears the prayers we whisper in silence.

        “Before a word is on my tongue you, Lord, know it completely.” — Psalm 139:4

        “For the Lord searches every heart and understands every desire and every thought.” — 1 Chronicles 28:9

Satan does not have this ability. He cannot read minds or hear silent prayers.

2. Satan observes, but he does not know the inner life.

He can watch behavior, listen to spoken words, and exploit weaknesses—but he cannot access the private communion between your spirit and God.

3. Prayer is a protected space.

When you pray—whether aloud or silently—you are stepping into a sacred conversation with your Father. That space is not shared with the enemy.

4. Even if you pray out loud, you are safe.

Some people worry that praying aloud gives Satan “information.” But Scripture shows believers praying aloud constantly, boldly, confidently. Your authority in Christ is greater than anything the enemy can do.

“Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.” 1 John 4:4

 A comforting truth

Your prayers—spoken or silent—rise straight to the throne of God. They are heard, cherished, and answered by the One who loves you. The enemy has no access to that holy exchange.

Saturday - May 30th

[Jesus said,] "I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall a anyone snatch them out of My hand."  John 10:

One of the strongest images of the believer's eternal security in Christ was painted by the Savior's own words: "Neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand."

It is Christ's strength, Christ's faithfulness, Christ's perseverance - that keeps the Christian eternally secure.

Sunday - May 31st

"The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still" (Exodus 14:14 NIV). In other words, don't panic and run. The question is not if God will prove Himself faithful to you but how. If you panic and run, you might miss the miracle.

Monday - June 1st

On 3808 occasions in the Old Testament, the biblical writers claimed to be writing the very words of God.

Because God inspired the Bible, it is inerrant and infallible. And because it's inerrant and infallible, it is trustworthy and authoritative ~ to be trusted and obeyed.

Tuesday - June 2nd

If you find you are resisting obedience to God in some area of your life, ask yourself, is it worth it? Because no matter how vigorously you try to justify disobedience in your life, you can never replace the joy that is lost when you say no to God.

Wednesday - June 3rd

You shall do what is right and good in the sight of the Lord. Deuteronomy 6:18

Whether you're dealing with ethical issues at work or moral issues with friends and family, don't be afraid to stand up for what you know is right. It may be difficult, but it will be worth it. Take God's hand, and take a stand.

Thursday - June 4th

When it comes to practical and holy living, the some solutions God gave saints of old work in the lives of today's Christian believers. Because God's Word (whether spoken or written) is settled in heaven (Psalm 119:89). we need never wonder what God says about life's most important questions.

God's truth is the same, yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

The Bible is alive, it speaks to me; it has feet, it runs after me; it has hands, it lays hold on me.

Friday - June 5th

We are children of the King. He causes all things to work together for good. We have abundant life promised now, and mansions are being prepared for us in glory. Satan was defeated at Calvary, and he'll be condemned to hell at the end of the age. We have the Holy Spirit within us and all the promises of God inscribed in our favorite Book.

It's time to put our shoulders back and our heads up. You're a victor in Christ today, and the joy of the Lord is your strength!

Saturday - May 23rd

The heart is the center of the spiritual life . . . the state of the heart is so critical.

Create in me a pure heart, O God. - Psalm.51:10

Sunday - May 24th

The way of the righteous is lived under God's watchful care. Jesus also spoke of only two ways to go through life. We can either go through the "narrow gate," which leads to life, or through the "broad gate," which leads to destruction. (Read Matthew 7:13-14)

Monday - May 25th

David wrote, "The Lord . . . makes me lie down in green pastures" (Psalm 23:1-2). Sometimes, we don't know when to stop the pace of our busy lives. And, more seriously, we don't know how to stop. But, as David tells us, our watchful Shepherd knows just how desperately at times we need to just rest.

Tuesday - May 26th

To refuse to admit we have sin is to refuse God's cleansing grace!

Unconfessed sin makes us unhealthy as well as unholy. Confession of sin, on the other hand, honors God and the love he showed in sending Jesus as the sacrifice for sin.

Wednesday - May 27th

But there are times that come in life that are too big for us to resolve through our own actions. Times when it seems the earth has given away "and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea" (Psalm 46:2). It is in these moments our heavenly Father beckons, "Be still, and know that I am God."

Thursday - May 28th

Jesus was more than ; he was afraid. How remarkable that Jesus felt such fear. But how kind that he told us about it. We tend to do the opposite. Gloss over our fears. - Not so with Jesus. We see no mask of strength. But we  do hear a request for strength. "Father, if you are willing, take away this cup of suffering." The first one to hear his fear is his Father. 

How did Jesus endure the terror of the crucifixion? He went first to the Father with his fears. He modeled the words of Psalm 62:5: "Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him."

Friday - May 29th

. . . who is Jesus, the Son of God. Sins break our relationship with God, but Jesus, through redeeming work on the cross, restores that relationship. The Bible is all about growing in an abundant relationship with God. The way that we build that relationship is to stay faithful and true to his commands.

Unto The Hills by Billy Graham.

Saturday - May 9th

Many intellectuals are asking where history is going, they are speculating on what the end will be. I believe that Christ's prayer, "Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven' - the prayer that you and I often pray - is going to be answered.

Sunday - May 10th

Every mother owes it to her children to accept Christ as her personal Savior, that she may be the influence for good in the lives of those whom Christ has graciously given to her.

Monday - May 11th

Our Father and our God, hear my prayer, even though my words get in the way. You know my heart, and You know my needs without my saying them, but here are the things that are troubling me right now . . . Help me to hear Your answers, Lord, through Your Son.

Tuesday - May 12th

When sin gives an order and we follow it, sin becomes the master of our lives. We become its slave. Jesus said, "You are slaves of sin"(Romans 6:17). When we come to Christ the Scripture says, "Sin shall not have dominion over you"(Romans 6:14). Sin is no longer the master, Christ is.

Wednesday - May 13th

Life itself, preservation from the dangers to which life is at every instant exposed, every bit of health that we enjoy, every hour of liberty and free enjoyment, the ablility to see, to hear, to speak, to think, and to imagine - all this comes from the hand of God.

Thursday - May 14th

Jesus invites each of His followers to become His disciple. "Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men" (Mark 1:17). We are saved to serve; we are redeemed to reproduce spiritually; we are "fished out of the miry clay" so that we in turn may become fishers of men.

Friday - May 15th

We must deplore wickedness, and wrongdoing, but our commendable intolerance of sin too often develops into a deplorable intolerance of sinners. Jesus hates sin but loves the sinner.

Living a Christ-centered life filled with peace and joy depends upon our commitment to focus our mind and heart on Him regularly.

Thursday - May 7th

God's love is available to everyone. It is inexhaustible. The Lord does not have favorites, but He does have intimates. These are followers who spend time with Him, talking and listening, walking in obedience, and desiring to know and love Him with their whole heart.

Friday - May 8th

Ephesians  4:29

. . . "Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification according to the need of the moment, so that it will give grace to those who hear."

. . . pray, requesting that the Lord guide your tongue so your words will point others to Him.

Friday’s At The Well

The well of God symbolizes spiritual nourishment and divine provision. It represents life, sustenance, and moments of divine interaction. The well of God represents spiritual fulfillment, satisfying our deep thirst for God's presence and the comfort found in faith.

Jeremiah 29:13

And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.

This precious verse states a timeless promise that the Lord is ever near to all who seek Him, and those that search for Him are certain of finding Him.

We must set our heart to search diligently for the Lord - “when you search for Me with all your heart."  Search for Him with ALL your heart, ALL your soul, ALL your mind, and ALL your strength.

My mind and heart are ever searching, and always finding God at the well—where thirst becomes communion, questions become clarity, and weary souls are welcomed home.”
