Coffee On The Porch

Reflections:
Sunday morning I had my coffee on the porch and reflected on the week gone by.

Monday ~ I remembered that freedom is not free.  A very high price is paid for each freedom we enjoy.  I gave thanks to God for our men and women in the military.

Tuesday ~ I was reminded to make time for quiet moments so I can draw closer to God and hear His whispers. I was also reminded to open my heart and receive the love He instills there.
 (James 4:8a)

Wednesday ~ I learned He hears our tears like a prayer.

Thursday ~ I rejoiced to be blessed beyond measure and reminded to count those blessings day by day ~ then SHOUT a big Thank You to the Lord. (James 5:13)

Friday ~ I felt very secure knowing He sends His angels to defend and protect me.
(Psalm 91:11)

Saturday ~ I discovered this great idea, kick my slippers under the bed!  Remember why?  Click Here
(I Chronicles 16:34)

Sunday ~ I learned if we denounce the world and follow Him we inherit His peace.
(Colossians 3:15)

Until Next Time
Anxiously waiting to see what the new week will bring!

 ~ps~
Does anyone have a 'spacing' problem with blogger?  Sometimes my spacing in off and blogger just will not let me correct it?
It happens when I go back and make a correction, taking words out or adding them in.  Just wondering if this happens to anyone else.....

  1. This was very good to read!

And, yes, that spacing thing happens to me too. Sometimes it even changes my font!

Anyway, nice to wrote what we learnrd from God everyday. You give me an idea to look at my devotion journal for what I have learned each day. You are a God fearing woman and an inspiration. I am glad that I met you here in blogosphere.
Anyway, about spacing in blogger, I had some problems with it too, but when I open my blog and edit in Internet explorer and not google chrome, then I can edit it with no problem. hope it will work for you!
