Here it is Friday again and I have nothing interesting to share. 😕
Mr D and I just haven't been getting out much lately. We did go to Saltgrass Steak House and enjoyed a great meal.
Not only is the food great but the atmosphere is too!
I loved the saddles hanging on the wall.
We had the Tenderloin Tips and they were so good.
I wanted a picture of the flag but it got lost among the trees. This is the entrance to our old subdivision, we lived there for 35 years, I miss it.
Hope you have a Fantastic Friday!

Time marches on!
With the flu being so rampant I have been using so much hand sanitizer that my hands are very dry. I've been using this skin cream several times a day and it's helping. I have always used Lubriderm, but it wasn't getting the job done, my hands were just too chapped and dry.
Until Next Time
Wishing you joy and sunshine,
We love Saltgrass and go there often. We also are members so we rack up points each time we eat there and get rewards. My hands are a mess, too.
ReplyDeleteNothing much is happening here either. I have nothing to blog about it seems. Soon we can turn the calendar page and have a bit of hope for SPRING.
ReplyDeleteOh my, we have been sanitizing much more than usual. At the doctor's office yesterday, there were so many people wearing masks! Yikes. I sanitized at least five times before I got back to my car. It does dry out your hands. Look for CeraVe ointment at Walmart. It is just the best for dry, cracking skin. The lotion is great too.
ReplyDeleteWow! That Steak place looks delicious!! Would love to visit there! Dry hands, fingers, heels, 'tis the season... Love the flag...I am sorry you miss your old neighborhood...I understand...but I pray that God is blessing where you are as well. I know you are a blessing to anyone who meets you!! Have a blessed and healthy weekend.
ReplyDeleteFirst time I've heard of the Saltgrass Steak House. I bet the steak dinners are delicious! Besides using aloe moisturizing cream I have a big room humidifier running constantly and that has made a difference in my skin. Have a evening of blessings dear Mary.
ReplyDeleteThat steakhouse looks like my kind of place. So rustic and comfortable and so much the better when they have delicious food. I love your blog look. Did you change it up recently? It seems brighter some how...reminds me of Spring around the corner. It is so irritating when the hands (and the body) are very dry so I'm glad you found some good hand cream for them.
ReplyDeleteThe steakhouse photo made me hungry.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
I'm running late... again! When I come to visit let's eat there! ☺ I'm trying to avoid the flu, too... such scary stuff! Happy weekend, my friend! 💜
ReplyDeleteOh that place looks so good, smiles. I use O'Keefe's for hands and feet...works like a miracle. smiles. Hope your Saturday is a good one, smiles.
ReplyDeleteThat restaurant must be a local, I haven't heard of it. Thankful we haven't had the flu, be happy when Spring gets here. Take care my sweet friend!
ReplyDeleteLove.
ReplyDeleteThe steakhouse looks like an inviting place to eat :).
ReplyDeleteI am sorry that you are missing your old neighborhood. Don't you sometimes wish you could have every place you love in one little place? Just the right place to be? I know I sometimes do.
I get dishpan hands in winter sometimes, so I use Vaseline Intensive Care Advanced Repair and I think it does a nice job :)
