Another Year,
Another February,
And Another Birthday!!
My birthday is today but the kids took us out to eat Saturday. It was so nice of them, most of the family was able to come.
That's me with the big sombrero! Just as we were finishing our meal the wait staff came out and sang Happy Birthday and put that big thing on my head. The family loved it!
It was a great day.
Today, it's cold and raining, a good day to snuggle up in a warm blanket and read a good book.
But we have to get out, Mr D. has a dental appointment to have a tooth pulled.
OUCH!

ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday, Mary! You look so cute in that big hat. I wonder if this isn't a 'thing' for Mexican restaurants. A while back our Bible study gals thought Mexican sounded good to celebrate one of our own. Sure enough, they came out with a big hat for Brenda … together with a generous vial of tequila. Ha!
