Nothing like a hot cuppa coffee to start the day! OR, for you hot tea drinkers, that works too!
Tammy was in town this afternoon running some errands and stopped by for a short visit. She had her camera with her, she was in a picture taking mood!
Tammy is at the house often and still Bitsy is dubious about her being here. It's not just Tammy, it's anyone who comes for a visit. I guess that's just part of her breed. Chi's are not very sociable. They ususally attach themselves to one person in the household although Bitsy is very attentive to both Mr D and I.
We're just two old ladies who hang out together everyday!
She has almost as much gray as I do!
Here is a new picture of Hazel and Henry. Their Mama dresses them so cute, I think they have a Christmas outfit for everyday of the week!
Did you notice Hazel holding his hand? She loves her baby brother!
Here's a picture from the past!
Christmas at the bank, I don't even remember the year. Probably late 80's or early 90's. The bank was always decorated so pretty for Christmas, we even had Santa come visit!
I almost forgot . . . the reason for Tammy's short visit . . .
She brought me a Christmas Cactus.
Thank you Tammy.
I hope your Christmas cactus gives you as much pleasure as mine has. They are such cheerful plants!
ReplyDeleteI love when my grown kids drop by for a quick visit.
ReplyDeleteNice picture of you and Santa!! Granny M.
Love you Momma... and Bitsy too!!
ReplyDeleteLove ya back!!!
DeleteI don't know what's cuter ... you and Santa or Hazel and Henry! Ours aren't Chi's, but little Grace has the same personality. The mouse that roared!
ReplyDelete(PS - Crossing fingers my comment won't get 'eaten' by the spam monster this time!)
It wasn't eaten, I got it!! lol
DeleteOh how wonderful to have your daughter drop by for a visit, and a Christmas cactus to boot! That's a double blessing! Love seeing little Henry and Hazel together. they are just adorable. Your Bitsy reminds me of my husband's Aunt Nellie's Tippy. I couldn't get close to Aunt Nellie to give her a hug for anything when Tippy was around. They are a very protective breed of doggies, that's for sure! LOL. I love the picture of you and Santa. Sweet and fun memories! Gosh, time sure flies, doesn't it? Not sure where it all went. Take care and enjoy each and every day. God is good...all the time!
