Little is much when you see God in it. Look for Him in your simple treasures and precious memories! Look for Him in when you're down, look for Him when you're up!
Look for Him, He's always there!
God loves little details.
He has a name for every star.
He keeps track of every sparrow.
He even counts the hairs on your head.
And He always holds you with His righteous right hand!
Isaiah 41:10
Fear not, for I am with you;
Be not dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you,
Yes, I will help you,
I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’
Fear not, for I am with you;
Be not dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you,
Yes, I will help you,
I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’
You always have such a good reminder on your blog, and thank you for this one....I needed to hear it. Be blessed.
ReplyDeleteThat verse from Isaiah is one of my favorites Mary. I hope you enjoy The Way. I was very touched by the story and it made me want to go and walk the Camino. But I think a virtual walk is all I am up for!!:)
ReplyDeleteAmen! Yes...God is in the little things as well as the large! Sometimes we are so busy looking for the "large" things, that we overlook the little blessings He sends our way. Lord, help me to keep my eyes open for the "little things" You do to bless me each day! Amen!
ReplyDeleteThank you Mary for blessing my day with your wonderful post. You are truly a blessing my friend.
ReplyDeleteThank you Mary...I sure needed encouragement today, smiles.
ReplyDeleteHi Mary. This is a good reminder. For several weeks, I've been looking for vintage recipe cards and my sis had told me she would like to make a penant banner with her little granddaughter. Yesterday at the thrift store, I found both items. I know that the little things, as well as the big, are from the Lord! I wish you a nice evening. God bless.
ReplyDeleteWe just need to be quiet and pay attention, don't we. Those little things are all around us to remind us that God is with us always.
ReplyDeleteVery nice Mary. Thank you for this post.
