post the questions on Tuesday.
Thanks Terri
1. The Circleville, Ohio, Pumpkin Festival starts today. All things pumpkin are everywhere. What is your one very favorite pumpkin flavored food or drink? Do you wish it was available all year or do you only want it in the Fall?
I love my daughter Tammy's pumpkin roll. Oh my it's good. I only want it in the fall and Christmas season, that helps to keep it special, and something to look forward to this time of year.
2. What product would you seriously stockpile if you found out they weren't going to sell it anymore?

I think this might sound familiar from last week, Blue Bell Ice Cream of course!
3. What is the most interesting thing you have seen online this week?
3. What is the most interesting thing you have seen online this week?
I read the headlines everyday and for the life of me I can't think of one thing to put here! I guess none of it was very interesting. lol
4. Is it better to be a "big fish in a small pond" or a "small fish in a big pond"?

As long as you're a good fish it doesn't really matter.
5. My Joe has become obsessed with playing chess on the computer. Do you play chess? Are you good at it?

I play a lot of games and love them all, but I've never learned to play chess. No reason, the opportunity has just never come around.
6. Tell us something random about your week.
It's a sad week for me and Mr D. A very dear friend of many years passed away Monday. We'll be attending his funeral later this week. He and Mr D were childhood friends, their parents went to church together ~ so many precious memories. He was a wonderful Christian man and I know he was welcomed into heaven with open arms.

That is the very best thing to know in our loss of good friends. That we know where they are now. I like your comment about being a good fish! :-)
ReplyDeleteI agree with Nonnie what she wrote about the loss of friends.
ReplyDeleteI try to coment on line to my blog list. T.v is a waste of time today. I wont go into it.
I'm so sorry for the loss of your friend. Not sure why, but we've never tasted Blue Bell ice cream … is it really THAT good?
ReplyDeletePS - Beautiful new header photo!
Condolences on the loss of your dear friend. As we all get older it is inevitable that we lose friends and even family members. It's always such a consolation when one knows they knew the Lord.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear about the loss of your friend. That is one of the hard parts of getting older...we certainly attend more funerals. I like Blue Bell Ice Cream too Mary!!
ReplyDeleteI am so very sad and sorry for the loss of your friend. We do find comfort in our faith, though!! I love your answer about the fish. Brilliant!! Thanks for much for joining in on today's Medley!!
ReplyDeleteHello, dropping in, been MIA trying to nurse this knee. Hopw all is well...
ReplyDeleteSo very sorry to hear of the passing of your friend this week. It is such a comfort to when one is a Christian, it is never "good-bye", just until we meet again... My hubby used to love to play chess, and taught me how to play when we were newlyweds. When I started to beat him we stopped playing. LOL. He also taught all of our boys to play, and once in a while they still do. The only pumpkin I eat is pie at Thanksgiving. Maybe pumpkin bread if someone makes it. I don't drink coffee, so I skip all those lattes and such. I pray you have a blessed week, even though it is a sad one. May the Lord comfort your hearts as well as those of your friend's family.
ReplyDeleteI love your "Good Fish" comment also. Have a blessed day my friend!
ReplyDeleteHey, I am really glad I have found this information
