I can't resist his happy face, he gives me a happy face too. He's very old, he came to live with me from Avon many years ago. I love seeing him every year as the decorations come out of the box to be displayed. I think he loves watching me get in a tither trying to place everything just right.
I found this recipe, maybe Mr Gingerbread and I will make a batch.
Butterscotch pudding, that's interesting, bet it's good.

You know, I LOVE gingerbread that is so moist you have to wash your hands if you try eating it with your fingers. I haven't made any for years. I haven't made cookies but sure do love the cake! Cute poem and that really is a happy gingerbread face!!
