I read an article the other day about different foods that would help stimulate good lung heath.
Most of what was on the list I like and already eat regularly.
I happen to mention to Mr D that bananas and avocados were on the 'good' list, I really didn't think he was paying too much attention, ya know, when they just kind of grunt and you don't think they are at all interested in the conversation.
May I say Mr D is so good at that.
But to my surprise . . .
. . . when I went into the kitchen look what I found.
That's a lot of bananas, hope we can eat them all before they are over ripe. There were also a few avocados.
Sometimes life just makes you smile.
😊 😊 😊
Blessed beyond measure and so thankful for it!
Thank you Mr D!
Thank you Lord Jesus!

Always be thankful for the little things.
Your Mr. D sounds like a Keeper! He is a great guy. I hope my lungs are healthy. I eat bananas almost every day and avocados at least twice a week! :)
ReplyDeleteIt'll be a race since both of those ripen so fast :)
ReplyDeleteMMM... love me both. Avocados are just the best on mostly everything
Sounds like a good husband to me! :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful...Mr. D and my husband would get along just fine, smiles.
ReplyDeleteBanana bread, banana custard, banana muffins.....
ReplyDeleteHow thoughtful was that!? You can always make banana bread if you can't finish them or peel them and freeze them. They will keep for a month or so that way.
ReplyDeleteBananas are very good for you. May God bless that food to aid in your health.
ReplyDeleteI was going to say you may need to bake some banana bread before those bananas are through. I see others said the same, but try to eat them before they get too ripe. What a sweet guy!!!!
ReplyDeleteGotta love your Mr. D!! Yes, mine grunts a lot too or makes no acknowledgement at all so I understand your comment! LOL
ReplyDeleteI'll need to eat more banana pudding!
ReplyDeleteThat was so thoughtful of Mr.D. We eat quite a few bananas in a week but for some reason very few avocados.
ReplyDeleteYou are blessed.
ReplyDeleteYES, IT'S GOOD TO NOTICE LITTLE BLESSINGS!
