Do you sometimes like to have breakfast for supper?
Mr D and I sure do, that's why you could find us at Denney's last evening enjoying just that! Mr D likes their 9 grain pancakes and I always enjoy a traditional eggs, bacon and toast . . . and of course a cup of hot coffee!
It was such a nice afternoon we sat outside when we got home and enjoyed watching the sqirrels play across the street. They are such entertaining little creatures. I'm surprised that Bitsy and Buddy don't pay more attention to them. They bark at everything else that comes by, but not the squirrels.
Every year our little town has 'Christmas on Main', where Main Street is closed for several hours and all sorts of entertainment can be enjoyed. There's school bands and choirs, local churches have coffee/hot chocolate booths, Santa Claus and the City Christmas Tree is lit. Great fun for all.
The Kannarr's and the Aaron's took the girls for a night of fun.
Picture Overload!
Yes, I really enjoy having breakfast for supper ... particularly in the cold months.
ReplyDeleteHow quickly Merica's growing! Thank you for sharing these great photos!
wonderful pictures, Mary! I love hearing from you again! Thank you for sharing your fun times and happy memories with us. Breakfast for dinner is always fun, especially when you don't have to cook it! LOL. Love seeing the girls at the Christmas parade, etc. Such good times for them. Merry Christmas, and yes, Jesus IS the reason for the season!!

ReplyDeleteMerry CHRISTmas!
I was so glad to see your post come us. Breakfast is my favorite meal to eat out and for dinner is the best. Bacon, eggs and toast is what I usually order too. Sometimes I swap the toast for a pancake if offered. Love your Christmas festival. I've never been to anything like that. How neet.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Betsy
