And as Pooh sat there, working through in his head his Difficult Day, while the solid, reliable Piglet sat next to him quietly, swinging his little legs...he thought that his best friend had never been more right."
Even though I'm not a fan of Jane Fonda, I love this quote from her . . I find it to be so true.

I enjoyed your post today Mary, it was a good one. Friendships are so important! I enjoy Jane Fonda as an actress and like her quote. I also believe in the power of forgiveness. She did some controversial things in her youth. Many of us messed up when we were young. But we have a God that ask us to forgive one another. Not always an easy thing to do. Only God knows the heart of every person. I think you have a beautiful heart!
ReplyDeleteI loved this with Pooh and Piglet. Very sweet and a good reminder to just be present. We don't always have to say stuff...just be there for those that are hurting or sad. Great post.
