Today’s weather from click2houston.com: Saturday’s Forecast:

HOUSTON – With dry air in place temperatures will cool to the upper 60s overnight in Houston. It will feel delightful for whatever your plans are Saturday morning. Dry air does heat up quickly, so get ready for a hot afternoon in the lower 90s. It is a dry heat but the 90s are still the 90s!

Upper 60's - WoW, I see some porch-sitting with my coffee in hand!♥

Looking out my window and wishing our neighbors would finish the new fence they started several months ago. {{sigh}}

I am thinking I need to start the new Bible study I ordered from Daily Grace.

One of my favorite things precious times with family and friends.

I am creating another diamond art, it's a great past time♥.

I finished this one in July.

I am listening to the quietness around me while typing this post.

I am wearing still in my pj’s, pink flowered bottoms and a black top with pink embroidered flowers around the neck.

I am reading nothing right now; I do have several new books on the shelf waiting for me.

I am still learning  that God works in His own time, not mine.  Thank You Lord, I know your way is the best way.

In my kitchen is a dining table that is much too big for the area yet I don’t want another set. It’s the table I had from our larger home and came with us when we downsized years ago.  It’s too pretty to replace.

In my garden all the flowers are feeling the heat even with Mr D watering each evening.

 Scripture

A moment from my day Tammy just came by with some ribs left over from her and Bo’s supper last night.  WooHoo, they sure will be good for our lunch.

Closing Thoughts Tammy's sweet dogbaby, Lucy, has an abscessed tooth. She is an elderly lady with severe heart problems so treatment may be limited.  I'm thinking don't think the unthinkable.  :(

Blessings to All
Until Next Time

  2. Poor Lucy. We just spent a fortune on our dog for dental and a lipoma. She still has a lot of yers left. Ribs sound good! Have a great weekend!

  3. Too bad about the neighbors unfinished fence. You should go over there and tell them how it is, give them a deadline and if they miss it, advise them that they'll be hearing from your lawyer. 🤬
