Every Sunday morning at 8:00 the Episcopal Church rings their bells, a call to worship. I love listening to the bells ring, even though I don't go to the Episcopal Church I feel the bells are also calling me to worship.
I am so thankful for the small things in life,
like church bells on Sunday morning.
There is nothing sweeter than church bells... especially on Easter morning :)
ReplyDelete(PS - the dogs usually come & stick their noses in the camera when we call for them ;) I'm waiting for them to one day just try & pick it up with their mouth & carry it off - haha)
That's cute!!
DeleteBeautiful.
ReplyDeleteI love church bells too. We have a church in our town that plays them most days, but I seldom get to hear them.
ReplyDeleteI love the sound of church bells. What a pretty little church. Hugs, LJ
ReplyDeleteI love the old fashioned church bells. A sweet thing to be thankful for! 💜
ReplyDeleteI love to hear church bells calling folks to worship as well. There is a Baptist church in the area where I grocery shop that rings their bells every day at 12:00 noon. I love that...kind of a time to stop in the middle of your day to remember the goodness of the Lord to us.

ReplyDeleteMary, there is a church a few blocks away from us that also ring the bells. I think it is a wonderful sound. So inviting.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was working, we could hear the bells ring at the Methodist Church, right down the street. Now I never hear them. :(
