We had a wonderful Sunday afternoon visiting with our youngest daughter and her family. It felt so good to hold Hazel Kay and love on her, oh be still my heart. I also had my granddog Sophie in my lap for a while, she loves to be loved, not a problem because I love her too!
We were out yesterday afternoon to deliver these gifts I had for the girls. It was so great to visit with all three of them, short visits with Tracey and Tammy, and a long visit with Peggy.
We were delivering early Valentine gifts.
A pad and pen, tissues, Eucerin (the best), lip gloss, scripture magnet, candy and a Valentine from me and Mr D. !!
After we left Peggy's we realized we were both hungry, so we stopped at New Orleans Seafood on the way home. The storefront isn't pretty but the food is good. We had our usual, Mr D had fried catfish, jambalaya rice and fried okra, I had fried shrimp, jambalaya rice and cole slaw. Garlic bread was served on the side, and big glass of ice tea. We enjoyed every bite!
I almost forgot!! Ava turned twelve on Saturday!
